Timesheet Entry Application

CyberMatrix Corporation has released version 2 of CyberMatrix Timesheets, an easy to use Windows-based timesheet entry application. Version 2 of Timesheets contains several important improvements. There is now support for separate divisions, each having separate configurations, separate administrators, separate project lists and separate employees’ lists. Timesheets can be submitted and rejected as well as saved and approved. Timesheet rejection notices and late timesheet reminders can be automatically e-mailed. Support for banked time has been added. Employee time data can be exported to QuickBooks. In addition, there is now an Enterprise version and a Web version of this software.

Timesheets has four different versions to accommodate the needs of various customer types. Timesheets comes in Standard, Client/Server, Enterprise and Web versions. The Standard, Client/Server and Enterprise versions have a simple intuitive graphical interface. While the Standard version can be used with multiple users over a network, the Client/Server and Enterprise versions are better suited for large numbers of users. Only the Enterprise version can be scaled up to handle massive user loads. Timesheets Enterprise integrates with virtually any large database server, including MicroSoft SQL Server. The Client/Server, Enterprise and Web versions can be used with multiple users accessing employee time data over the company intranet or even the Internet. Timesheets Web allows employee time data to be accessed from any web browser on virtually any operating system, not just Windows.
