- 1 DN150 pump suction connection at the end of the vehicle body; 1
rear water inlet pipeline with DN150 valve, special rubber elastic
connection device is offered at appropriate piping part.
- Supply line to monitor: a DN100 line from water tank to the top, A
DN100 butterfly valve and special rubber elastic connecting devices
are in the middle.
- Water outlet pipeline; There are 4 DN80 normal pressure outlet at
the rear of vehicle body, and an injection pipeline from the pump
to the tank, which is mounted with DN50 ball valve, intermediate
rubber connection zone.
- Residual water drainage pipeline: At the lowest and easy accessible
location is mounted with residual water drainage cock, it can drain
away residual water quickly when required.
- Cooling water pipeline: PTO is equipped with a forced cooling water
pipeline connected to water inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump,
mounted with valve, can drain away residual water through vacuum

Dry powder tank is a pressure vessel which is mainly welded by
Q345R material. It is made of feeding powder port, discharging
powder port, nitrogen delivery pipe and discharge powder tube, tank
nitrogen delivery pipe is a ring shape which is equipped with
multiple intake valves, so that gas and powder can mixing
uniformly, with fluidized state. The design of intake valve makes
dry powder be inaccessible to nitrogen gas delivery pipe.
All cylinders are placed in a bottle rack to supply gas for dry
powder tank. Nitrogen cylinder group is consisting of nitrogen
cylinder, bottle valve, high pressure gauge, air inflation
connection, high pressure ball valves and other components.
