1. Automatic vacuum suction paper feeder equipped with 7.5kw suction fan to feeding cardboard, the blowing rate is adjustable by the transducer according to the degree of bending of cardboard in order to feed cardboard smoothly
2. The main control pannel is composed of control buttons and touch screen, which is very convenient and reliable.
3. The machine is alarmed when pressing the start button, which ensure the operator's safety.
4. The side plate is electrical adjusted automatically while the backstop is adjusted manually.
5. Sheet cleaner is equipped to remove the impurities on the cardboard which will improves the printing quality.
6. The upper transmission roll is made of seamless steel tube, the surface is covered wearproof rubber, which is also good at avoiding crushing the cardboard.
7. The lower transmission roll is made of seamless steel tube, with the treatment of grinding, embossing, and chrome plated.
8. The transmission between the upper and lower transmission roll is driven by double slider coupling, which is good at reducing wear down and transmitting smoothly.
9. The transmission shaft equipped with electromagnetic friction clutch, for avoiding damaging the motor in case of misoperation or overload.

10. Automatic counter for recording the cardboard supply quantity to show the output.


>>Printing unit



1. All the rollers and shafts are made of high quality steel, dynamic balance treatment, grinding and hard chrome plated.
2. The printing phase position and horizontal movement controlled automatically by touch screen with digital display, the phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of PLC and planetary gear mechanism.
3. Equipped with ink quantity monitoring system, the machine will alarm when out of ink, and stop feeding cardboard.
4. The printing plate of the flexo printing die cutting machine is hanged by the hanging plate device, the printing roll is able to clockwise rotate and counter clockwise rotate which controlled by the foot switch, it's very convenient for installation and discharge of printing plate.
5. Manual gap adjustment by worm reducer with dial indication such as gap between rubber roll and anilox roll, gap between anilox roll and printing roll etc.
6. Equipped with electromagnetic clutch break system to fix the printing phase, when separate the printing unit for adjusting the printing phase, the break system will prevent the gear move, keep the original position.
7. Phase clear memory and reset after printing plate cleaning.
8. The distributing rubber roll is covered by wear proof rubber which good at ink transmission.
9. Steel anilox roll with the treatment of grinding, pressing overlapping curve and hard chrome plated.

>>Slotting Unit



1. The phase position could be adjusted CW or CCW easily with 360 degree because of the equipping of PLC and planetary gearing mechanism.
2. Double slotting configuration, after pressing of prepressing wheel and pressing wheel, the carton box will slot good performance .
3. Precision linear guide horizontal displacement systems is equipped with slotting device, the slotting knife seat, pressing wheel, trimming knife will moving precisely.
4. The slotting knives of the flexo printing die cutting machine are made of high quality alloy steel, with heat treatment and precisely grinding which ensure a long service life.
5. Manual gap adjustment of prepressing wheel, pressing wheel, slotting knife seat.
6. Punching hole device is optional.

>>Die cutting unit



1. Die cut unit roller adopt high quality steel, plated with rigid chrome.
2. High precision dynamic balance, increase machine running stable.
3. Mould roller and rubber roller can auto separate by cylinder when the machine don't die cut, this can lighten machine load and increase glue shealth and knife life.
4. Auto up and down system, the mould roller will up when feeding paper, the mould roller will down when stop feeding paper, assure every paper die cut correctly.
5. The rubber roller is mechanical transmission; the roller move 40mm left and right, the rubber roller wear and tear regular could increase the life of rubber roller.
6. Die cut phase adopt PLC and touch screen control, 360 degree adjustment.

7. Machine has rubber amend deivce, the rubber roller can use long life service by the repairation many times.
