Produce features:

Installation steps: install the fixed end to the screw.
1. Do not disassemble the support seat;
2. Be careful to avoid scratches on the outer lip when placing the screw into the support seat.
3. After the fixed end of the support bracket, the nut is locked with the inner hexagon screw and the copper washer.
4. Assemble the supporting end bearing to the screw body, and put the assembled part into the supporting end shell with the elastic buckle.

Ball screw support Installation steps: install to the platform and base.

1, Make slide and ball screw link temporary fixed by screws, to design the fixed end of temporary fixed to the base, the fixed end moving slider makes the screw set, adjust the screw to the center of the slider move smoothly.

3, Move the support end of the slider to the screw, adjust the center point of the screw, move to the left to the right to check whether the slide is smooth, and then fix the system on the base for a while.
