WDW-S series Digital display electronic universal testing machine
is applicable for tensile test of rubber, plastic, textile fabrics,
waterproofing materials, electric wire and cable, net ropes, metal
wire, metal bars and metal plates. By adding auxiliary appliances,
compression and bending tests can be conducted via it. It has the
following functions: digital display of testing force, continuously
adjustable testing speed, automatic shutdown at specimen put-off
and peak value holding. It is the necessary professional precision
instrument for improving the production efficiency and
qualification rate as well as saving cost.
High-precision and fully-digital speed governing system and precision reducing gear are adopted to drive the precision screw unit to carry out the test, achieving large-range adjustment of the testing speed as well as low noise and stable operation during the test.
Operation mode of touch keys and real-time display of the liquid crystal display. The display interface can display interfaces for selection of test methods, selection of test parameters as well as test operation and result display conveniently and efficiently.
It can achieve the quick or slow beam lifting adjustment when mounting and clamping the specimen and has the function of overload protection.
Matching controllers can be selected and connected externally.
