Product Description

GTS820-1S fish meal cooling rotary sieve is one kind of drum screen which is mainly composed by several circular screen mesh and closed by the shielding can so as to reduce the environmental pollution. Revolved by the speed control and deceleration system, the material can be separated from top to bottom through the drum screen.

Oversize will be discharged from bottom of tail part, and the undersize will be discharged from outlet of front part. As per different size sieving demand, there will be 1-4 screen section from small size to big size, the oversize than the 4th size will be discharged from outlet.

It can be equipped with the comb type cleaning device which can make the continuously cleaning for screen mesh during the sieving process so as to make the screen mesh keep smoothly without jam and sticky.

Working Principle

Feeding into the screen drum or drum sieve, material is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down. This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum screen. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum
