Heat Insulation Fiberglass cloth - silicone-coated fiberglass cloth is a commonly used material in the field of industrial insulation. With 200g/m2 of silicone rubber on both sides, this satin weave fiberglass fabric has a total weight of 1050g/m2. The thickness is 0.85mm. It is woven with 18/12 threads per cm. Standard coated fabric rolls are 1m wide x 50m long.

Fiberglass fabrics are durable, flexible, durable, heat resistant, and flame retardant. Grey silicone on both sides, glass fabric coated with silicone is abrasion resistant, electrically insulating, corrosion resistant, and oil/moisture resistant.

What's more, silicone-coated fabrics are easy to manufacture. With the coating, there is no wear on the cutting edge. This high-temperature glass fabric can resist sustained high temperatures of 550°C. The silicone coating can withstand heat below 260°C. Applications include fire blankets, curtains, weld spatter protection, pipe and pump insulation, and more.
