Overview:

The BJVP drum decanting system is designed for adding a required amount of liquid from drums to blending vessels or mixing headers in an efficient and accurate way without causing contamination between the different drums. Furthermore, a rinsing cycle washes out remaining additives from an empty drum and leaves a washed drum without producing any slop. The system consists of a weighing platform for accurate measuring, a rinsing kettle containing hot base oil for cleaning of lance and drums, and a lance positioning system that controls the vertical and horizontal movements of the lance.
