Code scanning station is set at complete set automatic line to make data acquisition, judgment, save and statistical inquiry through database management system and realize the whole process, including product classification, compressor matching, automatic recognition of refrigerant injection amount, automatic return for repair, output statistics, security check, and leakage detection save and inquiry. By tracing mega data about product quality and manufacture to guide managers to make judgment and adjustment when appropriate, the system can be also used for archiving of data in an intelligent and electronic way for future inquiry.
