Product Description:

Winterization dewaxing and degreasing is to cool the oil to about 4-6℃ under slow stirring for a certain period of time, so that the wax forms larger crystals and separates and precipitates, and then filtered to separate the liquid oil and solid fat.

The oil after winterization and dewaxing is not cloudy after 5.5 hours at 0℃, and it’s transparency and fluidity can still be maintained in the refrigerator, which improves the quality and appearance.
