(4) The gear material is 20CrMnti alloy steel,after high frequency heating and grinding.and the main transmission gear and roller adopt expansion sleeve connection.

(5) Bearing used famous brand at home and abroad , such as HRB , NSK .

(6) The machine used Frequency converter , brand Delta from Taiwan . The PLC , Touch Screen adopt Delta Brand From Taiwan . The Contactor adopts Seimens . All electric appliances can be choosed by you need .

Printing unit The printing roller adopts hangs plate device,ratchet fixed volume edition axis,hang all editions of slot,foot switch control of positive and reverse. It's convenient and fast to load and unload printing plate.
