Introduction to SSCD Series Dyno
SSCD dynamometer is a measuring device specially developed for low speed power plant which needs high torque output. It is used for power test of light truck engine, bus engine and CMB engine.
SSCD series AC dynamometer is an indoor test system with high precision and high repeatability, whose main goal is to test the performance of single cylinder diesel engine. Through the efficient control system, all test operations can be completed by computer control instructions. High speed data communication module makes the system have higher real-time performance. SSCD series dynamometer has the characteristics of low speed, high torque and high dynamic response.
Operating Principle
It is composed of AC motor, force sensor and speed sensor.
The stator of AC motor is supported by an independent bearing pedestal, which can swing in a certain angle. The dynamometer is equipped with a torque arm, which can be used in conjunction with the dynamometer to detect the application to the stator. According to the principle of AC motor, the electromagnetic torque of the motor acts on the stator and rotor at the same time; the torque received by the stator is equal to the torque received by the rotor in the opposite direction, so the torque on the shaft can be transmitted to the force sensor on the stator through the stator, so as to measure the output torque of the test piece.
SSCD dynamometer using the above principle, the output torque, speed and power of the test piece can be measured effectively
