Application of TONTEN TM silicone resin coated sand:

TONTEN TM silica resin sand is a non-quartz artificial sand used to produce metal castings.

Silicone resin coated sand can also be used in many casting methods, such as vacuum casting, VRH, LFC, investment casting, ordinary sand and resin sand. Many binders can be used in the fused ceramic foundry sand, which greatly improves the quality of the casting.
