Horizontal food powder mixer machine peanut sesame paste blending equipment
BST series Through-shaped powder mixer is an all-stainless steel double paddle groove type mixer, which mixes powdery or pasty materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries, especially high viscosity and high uniformity materials.
It is characterized by a horizontal trough-shaped blade mixing, and the stirring paddle is a through-shaft type for easy cleaning. The contact with the object is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance, and the mixing tank can automatically flip the material.
Working method:
The machine is driven by mechanical transmission to make the Z-type stirring paddle rotate, push the material to reciprocate, and mix evenly. The electric control is used during operation. The mixing time can be set, the machine will stop automatically, and the motor will be dumped, thus improving the mixing quality of each batch of materials, achieve a high uniformity of mixing.
