Lead Edge Feeding 2 Color Flexo Printer Slotter Machine is ecnomic model with high configuration we made for corrugated carton box making companiese, which has KC-M618/920/1224/1228/1632/1836/2245 for option. 1)independent lead edge feeder 2) Roller transfer 3) Slotter unit controlled by multi screw axles driven 4) the whole machine is easy to operate,the max speed is 80-160 pcs/min according different cardboard size.

Features

1 Feeding Unit

1) Separating and combining of the machine and platform undergo electric control added with alarm which rings consecutively during running to ensure worker’s safety

2) lead edge feeding system adopting vacuum suction to make wrapping cardboard feeding smooth, air draft volume can be adjusted according to different cardboard.

3) Side baffles movement are adjusted by manual control and back baffle movement are adjusted by electric control,easy to operate.

4) Upper feeding roller: seamless steel pipe covered with wear-resistant rubber make sure paper fed in good shape.

5) Down feeding roller: seamless steel pipe is plated with chrome and grinded surface.

2 Printing Unit

1) printing roller is seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface;

2) Rectification treatment ensures running stably;

3) Loading and unloading printing plate with electric controlling CW/CCW by foot switch.

4) Pressing roller interval dial is adjusted by manual control in an adjustment range from 0 to 12mm

5) Anilox roller seamless steel pipe is plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, pressing anilox;

6) Automatic pneumatic lifting gear working with feeding system(Anilox roller lowers down to touch printing template during feeding ,rises up to leave printing template after stopping feeding );

7) Rubber is specially grinded in medium and high grade with excellent ink distributing effect

8) Feeding interval dial is adjusted by manual control in an adjustment range from 0 to 12mm

9) Pneumatic diaphragm pump realized ink supplying, easy to operate and maintain;

3 Slotting Unit

1) Creasing roller plated with rigid chrome and grinded surface, with stable movement;

2) Treated with balance rectification to realize stable running;

3) Creasing roller interval dial runs manual adjustment in an adjustable range form 0 to 12mm.

4) Creasing wheel horizontal movement adjusted by electric control.

5) Alloy steel slotting knife grinded into gear shape after heat treatment features excellent rigidity and toughness;

6) Slotting knife and creasing wheel horizontal movement adjusted by manual control, easy to operate.

7) Slotting phase adopts electric numerical adjustment of 360°(running and stopping can be adjusted)

8) Carton height adjusted by electric control.
