The copper granulator adopts advanced design, reasonable structure and reliable performance. The characteristics of the production line not only allow the processing of thick lines that can be processed with conventional crushers, but also very thin lines have a good separation effect. Currently, the production line consists of conveyor belt for feeding, heavy crusher, blower, vibrating screen, pulse dust collector, hydraulic station and an electric control cabinet.

The waste cables or wires will become plastic pellets and copper particles after been crushed. The mixed will jump and move ahead like wave type on the vibrating screen mesh surface. With airflow function and screen box straight shock excitation, the sheath and core will be separated, and get copper particles, plastic pellets and mixture from different outlet areas.

DLW-600(capacity:250-300kg/h) Copper Wire Recycling Machine is suitable for middle size factory. It finishes the complete recycling process in closed structure to avoid pollution and noise. Crushed copper wire go through the high pressure fan, and dust inside will be cleaned and finally vibrating separator will take out clear copper and plastic pellet from different exit.
